PLEASE NOTE WE NOW HAVE A 7 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY BY EMAIL OR IN WRITING. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS WE WILL REFUND MINUS £10 ADMIN FEE, IF YOU CANCEL UP TO 48HRS BEFORE WE WILL REFUND 50%, ANYTHING AFTER THIS NO REFUND. UNFORTUNATELY WE FIND THIS NECESSARY DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND OUR INABILITY TO RE-SELL THE SLOT. IF YOU WANT TO RE-BOOK ANOTHER SLOT PLEASE DO SO IN THE NORMAL WAY. WE CANNOT DO THIS FOR YOU DUE TO DOUBLE BOOKINGS OCCURING.

Please ensure that the details you give for card holder are exactly the same as registered with card issuer, otherwise it will fail security checks in our payment system. You will receive a confirmation email, please print and bring with you or show on your phone.
