IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS WE WILL REFUND MINUS £10 ADMIN FEE, IF YOU CANCEL UP TO 48HRS BEFORE WE WILL REFUND 50%, ANYTHING AFTER THIS NO REFUND. UNFORTUNATELY WE FIND THIS NECESSARY DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND OUR INABILITY TO RE-SELL THE SLOT. IF YOU WANT TO RE-BOOK ANOTHER SLOT PLEASE DO SO IN THE NORMAL WAY. WE CANNOT DO THIS FOR YOU DUE TO DOUBLE BOOKINGS OCCURING.
